Body-Led Learning & Practical Support for Women in Every Season of Life

Quiet care for complex seasons.

This isn’t a clinic. There’s no staff, no front desk, no big brand behind the name. Just one woman, offering support from years of walking alongside others.

I created Matria for the times when you feel a shift — in your energy, your health, your identity — but aren’t sure where to turn.

Maybe your labs are normal, but your body doesn’t feel fine.
Maybe your nervous system is always on edge.
Maybe you’re unraveling old patterns, or starting to see your story with new eyes.

What I offer is simple: body-based support, functional lab insight, and thoughtful conversations that help make meaning of your symptoms, habits, and history.

This isn’t about chasing fixes. It’s about reconnecting with your own rhythms, your own intuition, and the deeper layers of your health story.

You don’t need a diagnosis to begin. You don’t need to explain everything. You just need to want to understand yourself a little more deeply.

What I Offer

This work isn’t about fixing you. And I’m not here to act as the expert on your body.

I’m here to offer support, education, and perspective, so you can better understand your own health story and make more grounded, confident choices as you go.

You don’t need a diagnosis or a plan. You just need curiosity and a willingness to learn more about how your body works.

  • If you’ve run labs and feel unsure what they mean, I can help you walk through the results. We’ll look at patterns, trends, and what those markers might suggest in the context of your symptoms, history, and goals.

I offer access to a variety of functional tests (through Rupa Health) if you want to dig deeper, but only when it feels useful and appropriate. I don’t mark up labs or sell supplements. The goal is understanding, not upselling.

  • These are collaborative sessions where we look at your symptoms, stressors, habits, and health history as a whole. Together, we can spot patterns and explore how different systems (like hormones, blood sugar, digestion, or nervous system function) may be interacting.

You’ll leave with a clearer picture of what might be happening and some low-pressure next steps to explore.

  • For ongoing clients, I offer occasional somatic or nervous system support — to help connect physical insight with lived experience. This may include gentle awareness practices, verbal tracking, or body-based co-regulation and containment.

  • If you like to process things slowly or ask questions along the way, I offer check-ins via voice memo or short calls. No pressure, just an ongoing place to reflect, learn, and stay connected to what you’re noticing.

Sliding scale is available. I want this work to feel accessible, not transactional.
